Ans:-      There are five types of Views in Answer Presentation –

1. Normal View – In Presentation, the MIDDLE section of the file is divided into two parts. In this way the view of both these two frames is called Normal View. When the user creates any slide, then that slide is made in the normal view only.

2. Outline View – The second type of view in Presentation is Outline View. To go to this view, we click on the left section of the bottom of the screen. This view is also implemented like Normal View.

3. Slide Show View – The third type of view in Presentation is Slide View. Slide View is also similar to Normal View and Outline View, but Slide View differs from Normal View and Outline View in the way it is displayed. We get to know from this view how the slide will appear in the final presentation.

4. Slide Sorter View – The fourth type of view in Presentation is Slide Sorter View. Slide Sorter View is different from Normal View, Outline View and Slide View. This view is used to show all the slides. In this view each slide is displayed as a small picture.

5. Handout View – A handout is a particular view of the presentation that is suitable for printing and distribution to the audience. Each Handout page contains one to six thumbnails of the slide.

Ans:-      The process of inserting Image or Shapes in Presentation is as  follows –

Steps to Insert Image

  1. First of all, we will open a new presentation.
  2. Now on the Insert Tab, click on the option named Picture in the Illustration Group.
  3. On clicking, the Dialog Box of the picture will open.
  4. After that we will select any image which we want to add to the slide.
  5. Now click on Insert.
  6. On clicking, the image will be inserted in the slide.

Steps to Insert Shapes

  1. First of all, we will open a new presentation.
  2. Now on the Insert Tab, we will click on the option named Shapes in the Illustration Group.
  3. On clicking, the Dialog Box of Shapes will open.
  4. After that we will select any Shapes which we have to add to the slide.
  5. On clicking, the shape will be inserted in the slide

Q:-6       Write the steps to add table in presentation?

Ans:-      The steps to add the table in the Presentation are as follows –

  1. Open a new presentation file.
  2. By going to the Insert tab, in the group named Table, click on the option of Table Name.
  3. On clicking, a list will appear in front of you.
  4. There are some already made tables in this or you can click on the option named Insert Table.
  5. If you click on the option named Insert Table, then you wrote No Of Rows And No Of Column in it.
  6. After that click on Ok. On clicking, the table will be inserted in the presentation.

Q:-7       Write the steps to insert a chart in a presentation?

Ans.       By converting Numerical Data into Chart, we can insert it in Slides, due to which complex data can be easily understood. The steps to insert chart in the presentation are as follows –

  1. Open a new presentation.
  2. Go to Insert Tab and click on the option named Chart in Illustration Group.
  3. On clicking, a list will appear.
  4. In this list you will select the chart and click on Ok button.
  5. By doing this the chart will be added to the presentation.

Ans:-      The procedure to add transition in answer presentation is as follows-

  1. First of all open a new presentation file.
  2. Create some slide in it.
  3. Go to Animation Tab and select any Effect in Transition To This Slide Group.
  4. After selecting, double click.
  5. By doing this the transition will be applied. The time of transition effect can also be set.
